All sales are final. We will replace damaged or defective items at no cost to the
buyer. All items damaged in shipment must be reported to us within 24 hours of
delivery (it is best to call us at time of delivery if you see any damage) and
noted upon the shipping invoice. Please make sure all items will fit in your living space. Dimensions and weights of all items are listed underneath their repsective images
on this website. Cost of shipping for returns other than damage or manufacturing
defects will be the responsibility of the buyer. |
Return Policy |
All orders for large sofas and recliners will be shipped by truck freight. Kids furniture
is generally shipped via UPS. We will contact you a few days before the
shipment arrives to arrange a delivery appointment. Please note that we always
make the most concerted effort to assure that your order gets to you as timely
as possible. All furniture is made on a build to order basis. Orders shipped
directly from the factory may take 3-5 weeks for delivery. Items in stock get shipped
immediately. Please call us for the status of availability on your favorite
team. Every effort to make sure your order is expedited will be taken. We want
you to enjoy your furniture as soon as humanly possible. |
